On the links section of the Save Guana Cay website, Notes From the Road, there is a suggestion of an article related to the subject "Government Regrets Bimini Bay." I have been unable to find the link. I have searched the web for other references to this "article" but nothing comes up. There is another hint of it on the Bimini Bay website, but the link too is not working. Of course, it would be very satisfying to read of the government back peddling on any of the disastrous anchor projects, so I am wondering how to access what I believe would be very interesting reading.
