Save Guana Cay Reef Association continues to actively protect our coral reef and traditional community from the development on the
northern end of Great Guana Cay. Our legal efforts continue at full throttle, and we hope to report back with updates in early 2009. We are awaiting a date
for Privy Council and have just filed an Appeal to the courts here in the Bahamas. In the beginning, we stated that we were in this fight for the long haul and
we still feel as strong about this issue as we did in 2005! Thanks to everyone who still supports us and we appreciate all of your e-mails!
